A Construction Manager is needed onsite in Burlington, IA to manage the construction of large-scale combustion turbines. This is a ground-up construction project and will require prior history with complex heavy industrial construction, including initial earthwork and foundation installations, as well as oversight of all contractor trades thru turnover. This is an Owner's Rep role.

responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management of field personnel, contractors, and subcontractors for large-scale combustion turbine projects, ensuring all construction meets contract specifications and codes.
- Enforce strict safety procedures, cultivate a site-wide safety culture, and utilize quality assurance metrics to continuously improve project cost, schedule, and performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external contractors, equipment manufacturers, and local governments to report on production, financial progress, and risk.
- Enforce regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT, DNR), support site permitting, validate contractor payment milestones, and efficiently manage the project punch list through completion.
