Our client is seeking a Project Manager or Senior PM to lead commercial construction efforts from their Pensacola office. In this role, you will manage high-rise coastal or general commercial projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure high-quality delivery. You will balance office-based financial management with onsite visits to drive project success across the region.

responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimating job costs, preparing accurate bids, and overseeing project schedules.
- Monitor and control project financials weekly, utilizing Vista Viewpoint to ensure jobs remain within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of communication for owners, architects, and engineers to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.
- Visit job sites 1-2 days per week to supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
- Conduct essential project milestones, including internal kick-off meetings, pre-construction meetings, and final close-outs.
