responsibilities:
- Execute specialized R&D assignments safely to test, analyze, and improve processes, equipment, and products for Our Client.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to prepare and process material samples, utilizing both routine lab activities and exploratory experiment designs.
- Operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment, such as mixers and presses, while assisting with basic process troubleshooting and equipment setup.
- Ensure accurate data acquisition and meticulous documentation using tools like thermocouples, electronic lab notebooks (ELN), and Excel.
