Looking for a Quality Manager in Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands! Join our client, a global infrastructure leader solving the world's toughest challenges. This role requires an engineering degree, 10+ years of QC experience (including 5+ in management), and a USACE CQM certification. The project provides comprehensive support including project-provided housing, a meal allowance, and paid mobilization to the island. While traditional relocation packages are not offered, initial travel and regular flights home every six months are fully covered.

responsibilities:
- Act as Our Client's primary quality representative on the USACE project, ensuring all construction activities, materials, and testing strictly meet contract specifications and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Control Plan while preparing daily QC reports and maintaining the project submittal log.
- Oversee daily on-site inspections with the full authority to stop work, ensuring that all deficiencies and non-conformances are swiftly tracked, reported, and corrected.
- Lead all quality control meetings, chairing weekly sessions to ensure project managers, subcontractors, and USACE representatives remain fully aligned on quality standards.
- Drive the final stages of the project by comprehensively compiling as-built documentation, warranties, and final quality records to satisfy contract requirements.
