responsibilities:
- Support and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) to monitor and improve energy, water, and gas consumption
- Identify and deliver measurable energy savings and efficiency gains through facility audits and building system improvements
- Collect, analyze, and report sustainability metrics and KPIs including GHG emissions and energy intensity to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage capital projects focused on energy conservation, renewable energy transition, and water management
- Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams on green building practices and site improvements
- Ensure environmental regulatory compliance including working knowledge of NPDES and RCRA
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or environmental science
- Must have Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience
- Proven track record in sustaining facilities operations including identifying savings opportunities, implementing improvements, and tracking measurable results
- Working knowledge of solar PV, retro-commissioning, and waste-to-energy
- LEED Certification
- AutoCAD proficiency
