responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads by sizing filtration needs (flow, pressure) and routing complex cases
- Build accurate proposals in ERP/CRM, leveraging upselling for parts/accessories
- Follow up on quotes within 48 hours and document CRM data to track lost leads
- Ensure "Clean Orders" by reconciling POs with quotes before production
- 3-5 years of inside industrial/technical sales experience
- Technical aptitude in fluid dynamics and filtration preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems
