responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects including "dirt to finish"
- Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, sequencing, and trade execution
- Maintain project schedule, quality control, and safety compliance
- Communicate project direction from the Project Manager to field teams
- Lead site logistics, layout planning, and multi-trade coordination
- Build and manage high-performing field crews
- 5+ years experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
- Proven experience with multi-story cast-in-place concrete construction (midrise or high rise)
- Experience with steel frame projects
- Scheduling, trade coordination, and subcontractor management skills
- Computer literacy - email communication and document review required
