- Analyze and optimize plant processes by designing and implementing strategic improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving hardware and operational processes.
- Plan and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate closely with team members to detect problems and deploy effective solutions.
- Maintain and uphold strict quality and safety standards across all operations.
