Manufacturing Quality Manager for a leading manufacturing facility based in Columbia, SC. This role is responsible for providing leadership and management for quality and customer satisfaction.

responsibilities:
- Manage quality assurance, control processes, and programs
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering quality standards and procedures
- Manage the performance and competence of a team of quality engineers
- Drive Quality Excellence in manufacturing
- Manage the Quality Management System (ISO)
- Drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean Six Sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering discipline is preferred)
- 5+ years of experience improving quality processes within a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising and leading a team of engineers
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Manufacturing concepts
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO90002, ISO14001)
- Six sigma certification
