responsibilities:
- Direct team performance and organize interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Plan, monitor, and update schedules and budgets from initiation through completion using standard project tracking tools.
- Track required project materials meticulously throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial ordering to arrival and installation.
- Identify potential project issues, report them to the team, and collaborate to implement effective solutions.
- Manage materials and resource spend while coordinating meetings and preparing necessary presentation materials.
