responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize system work plans to efficiently allocate field resources, ensuring projects meet financial, budget, and customer commitments.
- Lead cross-departmental project alignment, managing hand-offs to resource scheduling and facilitating operating reviews with key stakeholders.
- Create compliance-driven work plans that fulfill governing agency mandates, such as pole replacements, circuit inspections, and leak surveys.
- Leverage historical trends, SAP reports, and risk analysis to provide a balanced resource plan that drives informed business decisions and forecasts operational needs.
- Build and maintain O&M work plans to reduce costs, accurately forecasting year-to-date labor hours and providing variance explanations.
