responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on process improvements, defect reduction, and 6-Sigma initiatives to maximize manufacturing throughput for Our Client.
- Collect and analyze key data sets to identify line capabilities and support experiments alongside Our Client's plant process engineering team.
- Actively support root-cause identification and resolution in the manufacturing environment while ensuring safe work practices are strictly followed.
- Create and maintain standard work documentation, including SOPs, job aids, and training materials, to streamline Our Client's facility operations.
