responsibilities:
- Establish and manage project critical paths, timelines, and resource allocations for large-scale datacenter construction using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) and guide engineers, procurement, and construction groups to ensure Our Client's project milestones are delivered on time.
- Monitor project risks, analyze EPC plans to provide deep insights into trends or issues, and develop effective contingency plans.
- Build strong relationships with clients and vendors, and deliver tailored project updates to Our Client's senior management.
- Continuously improve project management tools for maximum efficiency while strictly adhering to legal frameworks and Our Client's policies.
