responsibilities:
- Oversee machining, assembly, and other manufacturing processes to ensure peak quality and output across Our Client's facilities.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing and automation platforms for the realization of new products and the enhancement of existing ones.
- Act as the vital interface between R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless manufacturability and smooth production ramp-ups.
- Collaborate with product development to select the best tooling, produce sample manufacturing equipment, and roll out Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs).
- Run specialized project tasks, including the creation and modification of detailed drawings and conceptual models using CAD/CAE tools.
