responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive substation design packages including physical arrangements, protection and control (P&C), and electrical studies and develop complex calculations from the conceptual phase through project completion.
- Act as a technical pillar for Our Client by guiding project teams, mentoring emerging talent, performing rigorous design quality reviews, and ensuring all deliverables meet internal QA/QC guidelines.
- Confidently represent Our Client's work by building relationships with key contacts, delivering technical presentations, and supporting proposal preparation to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Apply industry standards (IEEE, NESC) to develop accurate equipment specifications, cost estimates, and deliverables, while also supporting field inspections for public and private utility systems.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to research critical data, proactively identify and resolve design issues, and successfully drive projects to meet scheduled deadlines.
