responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary go-to leader to troubleshoot urgent production issues, investigate root causes, and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with worldwide suppliers and internal departments to accelerate problem resolution and align with organizational goals.
- Drive long-term operational efficiency, cost savings, and process enhancements that strengthen overall supply chain performance and profitability.
- Successfully manage multiple fast-paced projects and deadlines using fact-based decision-making to optimize customer satisfaction and support long-term growth.
