responsibilities:
- Lead all on site construction activities from mobilization through completion, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Manage subcontractors, daily field operations and site logistics while maintaining a safe and organized jobsite
- Drive quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Act as the on site leaders and primary point of contact, effectively communicating with clients, teams and stakeholders
- Bring proven experience as a Superintendent, ideally within Pre Engineered Steel Buildings
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to run jobs independently and hold teams accountable
- Stay organized and tech-savvy with project management tools and be open to travel across the U.S. (Spanish speaking also a plus)
