Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is looking for an engineering technician at their Colorado Springs location. Key qualifications include one to two years of lab-based experience performing mechanical/physical testing, following established protocols under engineer oversight. Experience working hands-on with tools, fixtures, and test equipment is required. An associates degree or higher is required.

responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on product testing to support specific new product development projects.
- Conduct mechanical and physical evaluations rather than chemical laboratory work.
- Follow provided test methods and step-by-step instructions with precision.
- Work under the direct oversight of engineers to ensure data accuracy and project alignment.
- Provide consistent testing support across one or multiple development efforts throughout the contract.
