CAD Drafting Lead for a growing manufacturer based near Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible to prepare layout drawings using 2D AutoCAD that detail plans and specifications. Must have at least five (5) years experience with AutoCAD 2D.

responsibilities:
- Create drawings that exhibit the detail and method of assembly for a variety of products
- Prepare layout drawings that detail plans and specifications
- Provide details and component descriptions
- Make modifications/improvements to existing drawings to meet requirements.
- Draft technical details
- Specify dimensions and materials
- Must have at least five (5) years experience with AutoCAD 2D
- Experience preparing detailed drawings
- Experience leading or mentoring drafters
- Technical degree or certification in drafting
