Construction Permitting specilaist needed to join a Right of Way team at leading Engineering and Construction firm. In this role you will assist with gathering info and preparing permits for large construction projects across the Southwest. Ideal candidates will have a bachelors degree and at least 4 years of experience.

responsibilities:
- Assist in developing the preliminary permit matrix (PPM) and preliminary land rights matrix (PLRM).
- Prepare and draft construction permit packages for review by the construction permitting lead.
- Submit permit packages to jurisdictions and track their status through to approval.
- Update and maintain the project's ArcGIS Online (AGO) site with permit requirements, status updates, and other critical spatial data.
