Our Client seeks a Construction Project Manager in Bridgewater, NJ. We need former field engineers with 10+ years in heavy industry construction and Air-Cooled Condenser expertise to lead site operations for an employee-owned leader in green energy and heat transfer.

responsibilities:
- Manage jobsite offices and field personnel from the Bridgewater, NJ office, providing technical direction to erection subcontractors, site supervisors, and the client during bidding, engineering, and execution.
- Oversee the hot and cold commissioning of pumps, motors, gearboxes, vacuum equipment, and overall plant startup while ensuring adherence to ASME, B31.1, AWS, and AISC codes.
- Administer subcontractor agreements, negotiate change orders and back charges, and draft technical responses to site RFIs, NCRs, and extra work lists to protect project budgets.
- Travel domestically and internationally to perform site inspections, oversee structural steel and rotating equipment installation, and enforce strict OSHA and LOTO safety compliance.
