Seeking an Electronics Resident Engineer, to serve as the vital technical link on-site at a client's location and assembly plant. This is high-impact, customer-facing role where you will bridge the gap between design and vehicle launch through hands-on hardware diagnostics and embedded system validation.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site technical support and hardware validation at a customer location
- Diagnosing hardware, communication, and ECU issues directy on customer test benches and in-vehicle
- Using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, JTAG debuggers) to verify signal integrity and program PCBAs
- Performing hands-on soldering and SMT component rework on automotive circuit boards
- Managing part releases through the client's ECM process and co-facilitating Product Development Team (PDT) meetings
- Tracking delivery of calibrations, and prorotype parts while supporting vehicle sign-off activities during manufacturing builds
