This is NOT a basic service tech role.

We're looking for a high-level refrigeration tech who can handle rack startups, EMS systems, and complex supermarket work. If you've been the go-to person on tough jobs - this is your move.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform startups on parallel rack systems
  
  
• Handle EMS wiring + programming (CPC, Novar, Danfoss)
  
  
• Complete rack evacuations + pressure verification
  
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize supermarket refrigeration systems
  
  
• Lead small projects (case changeouts, condenser swaps)
  
  
• Support retrofits + upgrades (EMS, leak detection, gas conversions)
  
  
• Help train junior techs and support problem store

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial refrigeration experience
  
  
• Experience with parallel rack systems (MUST HAVE)
  
  
• 3+ years EMS systems (wiring + programming)
  
  
• Experience in supermarket / grocery environments
  
  
• EPA Certification (Type I & II required)
  
  
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical + mechanical systems

Nice to Have

• EMS Certifications
  
  
• Experience with CPC, Novar, Danfoss
  
  
• Startup / commissioning experience
