responsibilities:
- Draft, update, and maintain clear SOPs, work instructions, and process guides for both SAP-enabled and non-SAP workflows across multiple operational departments.
- Partner closely with SMEs and Value Stream Leads via workshops and walkthroughs to accurately capture process flows, exceptions, and controls.
- Support and drive the transition, update, and revision of Quality Management System (QMS) documents into the ETQ system.
- Ensure all documentation is fully prepared, consistent, and user-ready to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live sustainment.
