responsibilities:
- Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate operating workers while effectively resolving any personnel grievances.
- Enhance production methods, equipment performance, and overall efficiency by actively resolving operational and processing issues.
- Establish and monitor strict product standards while deploying robust production tracking and quality control systems.
- Accurately prepare, review, and maintain essential production reports and personnel records.
