responsibilities:
- Establish and improve engineered labor standards for core warehouse functions using detailed time studies and rigorous validation testing.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Labor Management System to guarantee high system accuracy and seamless alignment with daily operational execution.
- Analyze productivity, utilization, and labor variance data to uncover performance gaps and implement Lean, data-driven operational enhancements.
- Design, implement, and monitor performance-based incentive models, defining clear payout structures and operational thresholds.
- Provide crucial technical deployment support by training supervisors on LMS functionality, labor standards, and how to effectively interpret productivity data.
