Junior level Project Manager opportunity located at our client's specialty chemical plant just north of the Mobile, AL area to help support CapEx projects. Working closely with a Senior Project Manager and site teams, you will help lead full lifecycle projects ranging from $50K to $3M. This role requires a collaborative professional to ensure safety, scope, and budget goals are met for the site.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the Senior Project Manager and site teams to execute capital projects, assisting with the preparation and delivery of FEL-1 and FEL-2 study phase requirements.
- Manage assigned portions of capital projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring all stage-gate deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Maintain strict adherence to process safety requirements while supervising design and construction activities to ensure a zero-incident work environment.
- Utilize Gantt charts and risk analysis to track the critical path, working inclusively with site engineering teams to meet technical and schedule milestones.
- Act as a facilitator and technical contributor for plant investments, helping to manage equipment specifications and project documentation for specialty chemical processes.
