responsibilities:
- Track project scope, schedules, and key milestones while maintaining detailed action logs and project plans using tools like Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth progress, timely approvals, and effective issue resolution.
- Support commercial administration by coordinating accurate invoice submissions and tracking outstanding payments.
- Assist with logistics by preparing necessary shipment documentation and organizing the dispatch of project materials.
- Maintain highly organized project documentation, including contracts and inspection reports, while preparing regular project status dashboards.
