responsibilities:
- Independently design and engineer advanced data centers and mission-critical manufacturing facilities for Our Client, ensuring the delivery of high-quality construction documents and models.
- Take accountability for project scopes, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules while maintaining technical excellence and meeting Our Client's expectations.
- Work across highly interactive, multi-disciplinary teams to provide technical guidance to designers and engineers while championing comprehensive quality control reviews.
- Actively participate in project meetings, deliver technical and business presentations, and solve complex problems alongside clients and subcontractors on behalf of Our Client.
- Oversee construction phases for Our Client by reviewing submittals, answering contractor questions, and performing on-site field walks.
