Engineering Project Manager for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is accountable for end-to-end execution of new product development and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Seeking a leader with hands-on experience in engineering and R&D environments, specifically managing SPDP stage-gate processes, product development cycles, and New Product Introduction (NPI).

responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end execution of new product development and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
- Partners closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to manage product development lifecycle execution
- Lead NPI and product development programs across full lifecycle
- Develop and maintain integrated program schedules aligned to product development cycles and commercialization milestones
- Ensure alignment between product design and manufacturing capability
- Drive issue resolution and key trade-off decisions across engineering, cost, quality, and schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field
- Hands-on experience in engineering and R&D environments
- Experience managing SPDP stage-gate processes, product development cycles, and New Product Introduction (NPI)
