responsibilities:
- Review and inspect Device History Record (DHR) documentation and device history logs to verify all testing and release specifications are met.
- Perform comprehensive visual inspections of infusion pumps, wireless battery modules, and service parts prior to final approval and release.
- Authorize final product releases in the ERP system while ensuring no open nonconformances remain in the tracking system.
- Identify, accurately record, and disposition out-of-compliance observations, rework activities, and nonconforming products using designated electronic systems.
- Enforce strict adherence to process controls, maintenance procedures, and compliance standards on the manufacturing floor.
