responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary frontline connection, answering inbound calls to resolve billing, payment, and service inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Empathize with and assist customers facing credit difficulties or service terminations, skillfully negotiating payment plans and de-escalating tense situations.
- Daily utilize Customer Information Systems and basic Microsoft Office applications to ensure accurate processing and follow-up for various customer accounts.
- Meet key performance standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines and defined company rules.
- Act as a proud brand ambassador by independently managing a variety of tasks under pressure while living Our Client's values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and High Performance.
