responsibilities:
- Support the daily LEMS process, maintain accurate cost data within the EcoSys system, and issue comprehensive weekly construction reports.
- Collaborate weekly with contractors to validate schedule percentage complete, as well as actual and forecasted start and finish dates.
- Analyze and maintain the project forecast while ensuring the assigned Project Controls Analyst receives accurate and timely cost/schedule information.
- Support the project's change management process and track incurred costs utilizing earned value management principles.
