responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and maintain Revit BIM models, ensuring strict adherence to Our Client's and project-specific BIM standards.
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to create fully coordinated, clash-free 3D models and precise 2D construction drawings across multiple disciplines.
- Translate the design intent of senior electrical engineering staff into practical, constructable deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, engineers, and other discipline leads within Our Client's fast-paced, multi-disciplinary design team.
- Review markups using software like Bluebeam and accurately estimate the hours required for ongoing design and modeling efforts.
