responsibilities:
- Provide immediate, hands-on support to field service employees at customer sites, monitoring operations to guarantee the successful execution of EHS plans from service orders to project commissioning.
- Conduct regular audits and site assessments at customer locations to ensure complete compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Educate field technicians on vital EHS plan tools and programs while building strong, collaborative relationships with the operational team.
- Coordinate, investigate, and thoroughly document any accidents or compliance incidents to ensure they are properly reported and resolved.
- Utilize technical expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-team collaboration to solve complex problems and resolve any EHS issues that arise.
