responsibilities:
- Lead new construction and office renovation projects, including creating design documentation, image boards, and cost estimates.
- Manage daily office services, schedule equipment distribution, and oversee subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of site operations.
- Track departmental requests and maintain facility data, utilizing dedicated IT systems and AutoCAD to update spreadsheets and schematic location maps.
- Oversee the production of large format prints, manage scheduling for large conference rooms, and handle all interior and exterior building signage.
