In this dynamic, self-directed role, you will collaborate with their engineering team to develop and refine the smart water metering technologies that support over 4,000 utilities across North America. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with an Associate Degree in electronics and a talent for troubleshooting circuits, building test fixtures, and performing precision soldering.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design, build, and support electronic products and test fixtures.
- Conduct comprehensive testing on products and software to validate functions, characterize performance, and identify potential failure modes.
- Develop automated testing processes and data collection systems using LabVIEW and pre-built programs.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting of complex electronic circuits, systems, and hardware.
- Manage and lead specific projects independently within the electronics lab.
- Document technical data including material lists, part drawings, and project-specific information.
- Maintain the day-to-day operations of the electronics lab and serve as a technical mentor to junior staff.
- Utilize specialized tools for soldering, de-soldering, and operating standard electronic test equipment.
- Follow established test procedures while multitasking across various technical and administrative responsibilities.
