Manufacturing Engineer needed for a temp to direct hire role in the Lebanon area of New Hampshire! This key role will involve the implementation of manufacturing processes to support machinery for the aerospace industry.

responsibilities:
- Integration of new manufacturing technology
- Lead the coordination and implementation of continuous improvement projects
- Providing future technical direction to plant management
- Assure processes are able of produce products with future growth considerations
- BS degree in Engineering along with 5+ years experience with implementation of manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of large manufacturing operations process, aerospace preferred
- Working knowledge using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,) SAP, CAD, and Siemens NX preferred
- Project management, problem solving and leadership skills
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to train others
