responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary quality representative for innovation and renovation projects, ensuring all Idea to Launch (I2L) deliverables are successfully met.
- Develop and implement pHACCP and rMMS protocols for new products to guarantee strict compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Drive internal compliance by actively participating in the Internal Audit Team and supporting visits from external regulatory bodies, including the FDA and USDA.
- Facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge by providing essential quality and safety training to operations teams during project handovers.
- Deliver targeted technical assistance to factory quality functions and support ongoing efforts to obtain and maintain ISO and NMS certifications.
