Seeking a Coating Technician 1st Shift (6AM to 230PM) for a high growth materials manufacturing client in the Hudson, NH area.
The Coating Technician would be responsible for production & quality: managed the setup, application, and inspection of coatings, ensuring all finished materials met strict quality standards. Adhered to a lean, high-performance culture by meeting daily output targets and following internal SOPs and technical instructions.

- Communication: Maintained proactive cross-departmental communication to streamline product flow and troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
