Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of medical devices, is looking for a Mechanical engineer for their patient interface team. Key qualifications include: 1-3 years of mechanical engineer experience. A Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Systems, Plastics, Biomedical engineering (or a relevant field) is required.

responsibilities:
- Design & Analysis: Independently analyzes hardware requirements to deliver optimal design solutions for the components under general supervision.
- Testing & Compliance: Develops comprehensive test plans and authors regulatory documentation, while supervising junior team members' documentation efforts.
- GD&T Expertise: Utilizes deep GD&T knowledge (including ISO-A/E formats) to create complex engineering drawings and perform precise tolerance stack-up analyses.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Troubleshoots complex hardware issues to minimize downtime and leverages testing insights to drive product quality improvements.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Leads technical design reviews, mentors junior engineers in problem-solving, and partners with external vendors to evaluate new technologies.
