As a true General Contractor that focuses exclusively on management excellence, your success relies entirely on collaborating closely with trade partners to develop budgets, evaluate project feasibility and manage the bid process.

responsibilities:
- Provide full-lifecycle leadership for various projects ranging from industrial to heavy commercial
- Develop comprehensive strategies for estimating, scheduling, and bid package execution
- Partner with Division Managers and Operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and provide early insights into constructability and execution planning
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, engineers, and design partners
- Represent the firm with professionalism in high-stakes interviews and industry events
