responsibilities:
- Evaluate defective electrical products, perform root-cause analysis, and prepare detailed 8D reports to communicate solutions directly to customers.
- Partner with field service and quality teams to implement swift corrective actions and actively lead continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct occasional site visits to resolve product complaints, provide technical support, and proactively build strong relationships.
- Strictly adhere to electrical safety standards while working on equipment and uphold Our Client's core values of safety and integrity.
