responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate production workers through effective hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and manage production tracking and quality control systems to monitor standards and ensure high-quality finished goods.
- Analyze daily operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to troubleshoot processing problems and improve equipment performance.
- Optimize manufacturing methods for maximum efficiency while maintaining accurate production reports and personnel records.
