Our client, a North America provider of pre-engineered steel building solutions is seeking a driven Construction Project Manager to lead their project lifecycles from planning through execution, with a specific focus on pre-engineered metal and steel buildings. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of industrial or steel construction experience, technical skills (reading drawings, specs, and contracts), and exceptional communication to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. Position is based in Tampa, FL with some travel to Southeast States.

responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle-including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients while collaborating closely with internal teams and external subcontractors
- Track project performance metrics, manage progressive billing/voicing, and control project scope via formal change order processes
- 3+ years of construction project management experience, with a proven track record working on pre-engineered metal/steel buildings or industrial construction projects
- Proficiency with project management software (Autodesk, MS Project, Excel) and a ability to read construction drawings, contracts, and specifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred (PMP certification is a plus)
