responsibilities:
- Support quality investigations and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, risk management, and CAPA methodologies.
- Analyze quality data and generate metrics reports using statistical tools to implement effective corrective actions.
- Author, develop, and maintain essential technical documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
- Leverage quality management software (such as TrackWise or SAP QM) to uphold cGMP regulations and ISO standards (9001/13485).
- Collaborate cross-functionally and utilize strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and build consensus within team environments.
