responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and perform advanced testing on material samples (such as gypsum, insulation, and ceilings) following industry standards to support R&D and plant operations.
- Collect scientific data from experiments, execute statistical analyses using tools like Excel, and author technically accurate project summary reports.
- Oversee the setup, daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized laboratory machinery and test instruments.
- Champion a safe working environment by strictly adhering to HSE practices, conducting 5S duties, managing inventory, and assisting with lab audits.
- Partner closely with scientists, engineers, and manufacturing teams to seamlessly drive new product development, method improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
