responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Our Client's multi-discipline design staff and stakeholders to establish design requirements and produce construction documents for complex manufacturing tool installations.
- Perform design and layout for HVAC, exhaust, fire suppression, process chemical piping, and gases within densely packed, state-of-the-art industrial facilities.
- Execute engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and component selection to retrofit existing building systems for seamless factory integration.
- Develop comprehensive utility requirement documents in coordination with equipment manufacturers for next-generation and prototype tools.
- Support the construction phase by interacting directly with contractors and assisting with site RFIs and submittal services.
