responsibilities:
- Create, format, and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for key manufacturing processes.
- Work directly with operators, supervisors, and engineering teams to document best practices, support document control, and update training materials for Our Client.
- Support site-wide continuous improvement initiatives through targeted data collection, basic analysis, and follow-up on implementation.
- Spend active time on the shop floor to thoroughly understand daily workflows, safety protocols, and product quality expectations.
