responsibilities:
- Drive the Approval Change Notice (ACN) process and maintain the Contract Database, ensuring timely approvals, accurate spend data, and seamless cross-functional coordination.
- Manage sourcing, cost-reduction, and work transition projects by developing business cases, tracking milestones in Power Steering, and supporting supply base realignments.
- Leverage SAP and the Parts Sourcing Library (PSL) to extract, validate, and analyze procurement data, supporting commodity reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee sourcing events and issue RFQs by effectively managing case files and maintaining strict data integrity within the Ariba platform.
